Hver dag kommer et barn til skade, fordi de enten er uheldige, klodsede eller nysgerrige. Barnet kan også være syg eller ramt af en infektionssygdom. Som forældre, bedsteforældre eller en som er ansvarlig for børn, skal vi i situationen kunne forholde os rolige og yde den nødvendige førstehjælp.

På dette foredrag vil Rasmus guide jer igennem de mest basale ting man skal kunne. Du vil blandt andet lære at håndtere et bevidstløst barn med og uden normal vejrtrækning, samt hvordan vi fjerner ting som kommer galt i halsen.

Kurset vil bestå af en kombination af undervisning og øvelser.

Det praktiske:

Undervisningen foregår i vores smukke sal på yogamåtter og madrasser, da I selv skal lave nogle øvelser på gulvet med underviseren. Der er plads til at have dit barn med. Barnevogne kan stå ude foran butiksfacaden eller ved cykeløen overfor. Hertil kan du altid tage gratis te og kaffe før, under og efter undervisningen.

Do you know what to do if your child suddenly chokes on something and a critical situation arises?

Every day a child gets hurt because they are either unlucky, clumsy or curious. The child may also be ill or affected by an infectious disease. As parents, grandparents or someone who is responsible for children, we must be able to remain calm in any situation and provide the necessary first aid.

In this lecture Rasmus will guide you through the most basic things you need to know. Here you learn the most basic and important skills in first aid for children and babies. Among other things, you will learn how to handle an unconscious child with and without normal breathing, as well as how we remove things that have caused choking.

The course will consist of a combination of teaching and exercises.

The practical:

The teaching takes place in our beautiful studio on mats and mattresses, as you must do some exercises on the floor with the teacher. There is room to bring your child. Prams can be parked outside the front of the shop or at the bicycle island opposite. In addition, you can always take free tea and coffee before, during and after the lesson.
